You have done the due diligence, understand the market in which you intend to compete, have identified your niche, and are finalizing your plans to launch. What else might there be to consider?
Your core values. What are they and why do they matter? First, one must have the willingness, ability and diligence to think through your personal and core values. Once identified, you should share them with your employees and clients. This will provide a value-based touchstone.
