To be a thriving city that attempts to incorporates everyone in the community and grows in a way that continues to appreciate and celebrate who we are as East Tennesseans and our history and heritage.

Coming back to Knoxville after being gone for 7 years and practicing law with my father.

What is the best advice you have received from a mentor, and who was that mentor?

Treat everyone the way you want to be treated – My parents

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

Don’t worry so much about what everyone else thinks about you. Don’t take life so seriously that you forget that there are great things that God has created for you to enjoy. Take time to appreciate who and what is around you.
