What is your vision for Knoxville 10 years from now?
Knoxville has so many wonderful resources such as the Smoky Mountains, Tennessee River, ORNL, a vibrant and growing downtown, and amazing people. Knoxville needs to get ahead of developing its energy and transportation infrastructure and I see us continuing to develop these resources and creating a mid-size city the is the envy of the country.

What is your favorite Knoxville memory?
Kenny Chesney stadium concert when I was in high school. It was the first time I had ever experienced a crowd that size listening to live music. Garth was awesome, but Kenny was my first mega concert and Peyton Manning even got up on stage!
What is the best advice you have received from a mentor, and who was that mentor?
Show up and you are ahead of 50% of the competition. Show up on-time and you are ahead of 70% of the competition. Show up on-time and prepared and you are ahead of 90% of the competition. – Patricia Bible
What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?
Only surround myself with people who are strong in character and have focus, vision and goals!
