Session 1: Exploring Knoxville’s History. Take a bus tour of this dynamic city and learn how the region’s history impacts current issues and the community today. Meet prominent business leaders, alumni of Leadership Knoxville and community civic leaders at a welcome reception just for you.
Session 2: The Political, Business and Economic Community. Explore the inner workings of local government, understand the region’s economic structure and meet some of Knoxville’s business leaders to discuss our areas current business climate.
Session 3: The Educational Community. Learn ways to support the city’s public education community, K-12 through higher education.
Session 4: Our Regional Partners. Embrace East Tennessee’s rich natural and high tech resources – the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, TVA and Oak Ridge installations – and how the impact and synergy of these partnerships strengthen our region.
