04 Jan Youth Leadership meets with School Director, attends School Board Meeting and hears from Great Schools Partnership

The Youth Leadership Class met with Knox County Director of Schools Dr. Jim McIntyre for a Question and Answer session and provided feedback on their schools. Later, the class attended a work session of the Knox County School Board. After the meeting, the class heard from Dr. Buzz Thomas, CEO; of the Great Schools Partnership, as he described the importance of education and the link between education and the jobs of the future.
